03Products & Intended Use
- Our instruments are intended for use by trained medical, surgical and dental professionals.
- Product images are for illustration. Actual patterns, sizes and finishes may vary slightly.
- Unless stated otherwise, instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilized before use, following standard clinical procedures.
04Quote Requests & Orders
- Sending a quote request through the website is not a binding order.
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing, by email or WhatsApp, after agreeing the quote with you.
- We may decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable or details cannot be confirmed.
05OEM, Private Label & Custom Orders
- OEM, private label and custom instruments are made to the specifications, samples or drawings agreed with you.
- Where samples are made, production follows the samples you approve.
- When you send us a logo, brand name or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you are responsible for any claims about its use.
- Because they are made to your requirements, custom and private label instruments cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the approved specification.
06Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed in your quote or invoice. Production or dispatch may begin only after the agreed payment is received.
07Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping options, costs and delivery times are confirmed with your quote.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.
- Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
08Defects & Returns
- Please check your order when it arrives and tell us promptly about any defect, damage or missing item, with photos where possible.
- If an instrument is defective or does not match your confirmed order, we will repair, replace or refund it as agreed with you.
- Instruments that have been used, misused, altered or not cared for according to standard instructions are not covered.
09Intellectual Property
The Tetrabro Surgical name, logo, website design, text and images belong to Tetrabro Surgical and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tetrabro Surgical is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
11Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith to reach an agreement.
